Ramona Braganza,

C.P.T, N.S.C.A.


Ramona is a certified personal trainer and fitness model who co-owns Mobile Physique. With an extensive background in dance and gymnastics, she has cheered professionally and choreographed for the NFL Oakland Raiders and NFL Europe League. Ramona has competed nationally in numerous fitness contests and has been actress, Jessica Alba's personal trainer for the past five years. Her fitness expertise has been featured in numerous editorials (Muscle & Fitness, Women's Health & Fitness) and she has guest-hosted episodes of Body by Jake, Shape Magazine, and PADI.

Steven Ramsbottom,

B.H.K., C.S.C.S., P.F.L.C.


Steve is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, co-owns Mobile Physique, as well as owns the Performance Institute in Burnaby, B.C.  He graduated from the University of British Columbia with a degree in Human Kinetics. He is certified by the (NSCA) National Strength and Conditioning Association, and (CSEP) the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology. Steve spends his time working with athletes, teams, personal training, active rehabilitation, and presenting internationally.
